Today is exactly a month since my precious family and I returned from a splendid vacation, so, I believe, it would be very impolite to delay the letter to you any longer :)
First of all I would like to thank all the employees of the hotel by whose efforts I returned to my job “with the feeling of great satisfaction” from the vacation :). Apart from some things that disturbed me, in general I grade it with A.[...] My mom and mom-in-law are both delighted, my wife and kids as well. What else does a man need? Everything was excellent :).
I'd like to wish your hotel further success. You've achieved a lot in your first season. And I really believe that you'll be able to do more – to keep these high standards.
