In this region winter normally comes in the middle of December, and the weather becomes tricky: snow and rare unsubstancial frosts replace rainy days, warm days are also often, sometimes it is as sunny as if it is spring. Steady snows cover only Crimean mountains where the snow melts only in the middle of March. Average temperature in the locality of the Hotel December through February is +6-8 degrees Celcius.
If you want to go skiing, roam around the snowy forest, see or participate in a sledging or skateboarding competition, the Hotel’s service personnel will manage everything for you. Multifarious well-equipped skiing and sledging routes are functioning in winter on plateau of the Mountaion of Ai-Petri and near the Angarski mountain pass (route Simferopol - Yalta).
Most places of interest in Crimea are open all year round, therefore, nothing will prevent you from planning a personal journey around Crimea.
You can enjoy roaming the Crimean foothills or even have a picnic in February, when the weather gets more sunny. The mountain lakes or the Crimean cave-towns are the ultimate places for such activities. This winter, we have finished the full reconstruction of the hotel's rooms and completed the beautification of the territory for the sake of convenience of our guests: the beach area was increased, two heated pools were completed - a 25 m long sport one and a special safety pool for children.
